Two of Toronto’s beloved food trucks Loka and Soi Thai Street Food have opened brick-and-mortar restaurants, which will allow you to find your favorite dishes seven days a week.

At Loka, we’re talking beet-cured ling cod, chilled potato leek purée, fennel dill oil, and blue chips, as well as a selection of house-cured salamis and other meats. Meanwhile veggie lovers can check out the brown butter potatoes, buttermilk shallots, and sorrel mushrooms.
