Profile: Peter McCullough

While Phillips Moving and Storage is celebrating 100 years of servicing the city of Toronto, Peter is slightly younger than that (although some days he claims that he doesn’t feel that much younger). Peter and his wife, Catharine, took over Phillips in the spring of 2013, and it has been go, go, go ever since. Previous experience as an executive with a multi-branch agent inside the North American network has served him well though, in his transition to “chief, cook and bottle washer”.

Peter got his start in the moving industry as a driver back in the mid-90s (when he had hair) and has been involved with furniture in one way or another ever since. Somewhere during that period of 20 years, Peter was able to complete his BA from the University of Manitoba with a major in history and a minor in business.

When not working, Phillips’ leader of the team enjoys eating and sleeping.
