Thomas B. Moving in Toronto July 02, 2021Everything went so well this morning. Hatem called at 8:55 to report he had arrived. He, Billy and Delroy were upstairs shortly thereafter. Everything was wrapped and carefully removed…exactly as I had hoped would happen.

For example, they pointed out where we might want to clean the back of our piano where it had attracted debris during its time in storage, before they put it in place (when it would become really hard for us to do that cleaning).

Bonnie B. Moving from Toronto to Etobicoke June 7, 2021I want to tell you how over-the-moon happy I was with the move on Saturday. Hatem was an absolutely outstanding driver and crew leader. He was professional, courteous, attentive and consistently patient throughout what was an extremely challenging day.
All the guys, from Delroy to Billy and Robert, worked incredibly hard and were so careful during the move, including the hoisting, as well as when taking apart and reassembling several pieces of furniture. And they all remained cheerful throughout!
I realize that the first part of the move was far more extensive than planned. Especially given the heat, and all the stairs, it was really too much to ask in one day. So I am particularly grateful that the team managed to get everything done – and without a scratch, nick or dropped box, or a single complaint. I can hardly believe it, frankly – they were incredible!
I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with your company, and your movers. I will be happy to recommend Phillips Moving in future.
